Neel Chaudhury is the Senior Director of Administration & Operations in the University’s Office for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. His work in ODIB has focused on managing administrative, financial, and operational needs of the office and directing strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and development of the infrastructure vital to advancing diversity, inclusion, and belonging across Harvard. He has over 15 years of experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors focusing on cross-functional, systems-wide organizational change. Before joining Harvard, Chaudhury served as a Chief of Staff in the Massachusetts Senate and worked in US Fixed Income Securities Finance at State Street Bank and Trust.
A native of Brookline Massachusetts, Chaudhury earned a Bachelors's degree in Economics at Boston University in 2003 and a Master's in Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government in 2013. Neel lives in Wayland with his wife, Natalie, and dogs, Harlow and Finley.
