Boston While Black & The Harvard Club on Reshaping Boston's Brand to Attract Black Talent.
Join us for a conversation with leaders from Wayfair, Silicon Valley Bank, Mass General Brigham, and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health on the importance of redefining the brand of Boston to attract Black talent.
Boston While Black launched in 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, as a membership network for Black professionals, entrepreneurs, and students who are seeking connection and community. With more than 300 members and 10 corporate partners, we are leading on creating a city where Black people want to live and work because they have the spaces, tools, and relationships to find their tribe, grow their network, navigate the city, and have fun.
Hear from some of our partners on why they recognized that investing in improving the experience of Black people in Boston was an important business decision. Learn how their employees, customers, and internal practices are impacted by their partnership with Boston While Black.
