A conversation with retired congressman Tony Coelho and disability rights advocate Janni Lehrer-Stein about the opportunities a Biden presidency presents for the advancement of disability rights. One of the chief pioneers and writers of the Americans With Disabilities Act, Tony Coelho served as a member of Congress for 12 years, four as Democratic Whip. Janni Lehrer-Stein is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Toronto Law School (with a year as a visiting student at Harvard Law School). In May of 2011, she was appointed by President Obama to the National Council on Disability. Both worked on the Biden Campaign.
